NOT AGAIN!!!The ambassador tour for today and tommorow are canceled just because the K2 students can't makee it to our school tommorow.Now I have to wait for further notices if the tour is being held or not.Another boring day.

Holidays

It is only the first few days of my holiday and i am starting to get bored out.There is really nothing much to do only my homework and some other stuff.I can't wait to get back to school on Monday and Tuesday as I can meet Faiz for the ambassador tour.

what i am grateful for?

I am grateful for having two wondeful parents.They buy things for me and help me when in need.They will encourage me when i have difficulties and do not espect much from me,just wanting me o try and do my best in test and exams or any other worksheets.

Good manners wiill open doors that the best educatian cannot

It means to me that even though you can study very well,without manners you are nothing.For example,you can and you want to join the company.You can make it to their standards as you can do everything but they may not employ you as you do not have manners.However,if you do not have education but have manners,the employer might employ you as you can learn to do the stuff that needs to be done.But in my opinion, it would be better to have both education and manners.

I have a neighbourwhich are malays.They ae very dirrerent from us.For example,erly in the morning, you would be able to smell the cury that they cook everyday.They are very rough but generous and that differs us from them.

Michael Jackson died! A shocking news for many who had listened to his music since young. Although i didn't grow up listening to his songs, watching the news and his music videos played during his tribute seemed to make me gain interest in him. He started singing at a very young age and soon become the 'King of Pop', inventing the all famous 'moonwalk'. After undergoing plastic surgery to change his skin tones, from brown to pale, he looks like Willy Wonka from the movie, 'Charlie and the Chocolate Factory'.

My uncle had invited me and my family to his shop to have a drink and see the new jacuzi he bought after having dinner with them. Only me and my cousin was invited to go into the jacuzi. It was very big and had four different jets. It was so relaxing.

Finally, i have something to stop me from being bored. A lego 'STAR WARS'. Actually it only lasted for 3 days after that not much to do but at least it can add to my collection,so it was worth while. lucky my uncle  is inviting me to his shop tonight. Don't know what i would be doing there.

Another boring day it is today.I still could remember the excitment I had last night watching 'Land of the Lost'. It was a very nice show.I espesially liked the part when the scientist which I can't remember his name did a not so high jump with a pole and jumpped straight into the Trex he was fighting.Hope i get to watch Terminator Salvation or maybe Transformers Revenge of the Fallen

It is so boring this period of holiday time! When you go to your neighbours and you see a note on their door saying their out in other countries and asking you to help them water their plants,all your holiday homework are done and there is not much left to do in the holidays.I just want to go back to school and meet my friends.Hope the holidays will end sooner.

World hunger

World hunger is a very big problem. It is starting to get more and more popular in not so rich countries, third world countries and sometimes in developing countries. Even though we saw that the man comes and collect the wasted food in restruant and bring it back to their village Philippines, we do not do that so we should not waste food

Last monday. i went to thiong bahru to watch 'Night at  the Museum' with my friend,Nick. There was a lot of action in it.i liked the part when larry used the torch light to fight the pharoah with the sword.

my favourite place

My favourite place is my home.At home I am able to do what I enjoy doing. Playing the computer , reading comics and watching the television.

Creativity

Do you think creativity can be made or born? I personally feel that creativity can BOTH be made and born. When we are young, we have a some creativity. When we go to school have art lessons, draw at home, we start to have more creativity.So I think creativity is both made and born.

Well hearing 'sorry,excuse me,thank you,......'in the streets of Singapore is very, very, very uncommon.Nowadays, youngsters don't really have manners and they don;t even care if they bump into you.They are usually dealing with their hand phone or playing with their electronic handheld game.If I was late, explaining to the teacher would be my choice but maybe not for others anyway, I come to school early so this is not a problem.

March Holidays

My March holidays was okay. Most of the stuff I did was almost what I do everyday just a few more stuff like playing at Ryan's house and going to the YOG centre. The March holidays was short so I had not much fun but I bet June holidays would be better.

Do you love an object more than your family?

Well this question is NO for me but not sure about the rest...To me, most people might think this is a hard question as maybe you like both  your parents and something else for example your pet or your electronic game. Some of your might like your pet more as it stays with you most of the time rather your parents who goes to work and only can accompany you for a few hours at night. For me, my mother is at home to accompany me while my father is at work but, my still puts away sometime for sports and relaxing on weekends and so this question is a definite NO.

My dreams

I've been dreaming of a lot of stuff.Able to play X-Box and most of the other electronic games, going far countries, having to go here and there whenever I want and best of all, no homework! Although it's obvious that my dreams would not come through, this are still my dreams.

P5 camp rocks!!!

P5 camp was fun, but I hated the toilets. I liked most of the activities we did especially Rock climbing, abseilling and entanglement. The food served was okay, almost like the usual but most of the dishes were spicy which I could not eat, but overall, the trainers did a good job in making the camp a fun and exciting one.           

Hobbies!

I enjoy playing Soccer and Badminton. I also enjoy playing Risk and Monopoly,(both board games). Not only that, I enjoy playing computer games, like everybody else.

Stress level!

I agree with the statement " Today's children are experiencing a lot more stress than the generations before them because the current society is fast-paced, competitive and full of pressure." However, although we are feeling stressed, the homework load this year is lesser than last year.

I hope that the homework load will not increase, so it will not affect the stress level of the students.
